I have been buying from Freemans for a little over a year now and in that time I have to say I have not encountered 1 issue everything has been well packaged and in fast time and really nice quality goods my recent buys were Vera Wang perfumes and both were well packaged and great price I enjoy shopping on here and will continue to, Communication is very good too

So far so good. Each time I've ordered, I have received the exact items requested. Delivery is always prompt. And parcels are always placed in my 'safe place' if I'm out. (& free delivery too... Win, win!) Needless to say, I'm one happy customer! ?

i have shopped with freemans for many years and have never had any problems, perfect service, with free deliveries and free returns if you need to return anything.

I was very unhappy the way I received my parcel my new blazer looks like its been worn very tacky looking creases unbelievable it looks like it was bought from a 2nd hand shop very disappointed in the quality if my blazer

My parcels are ALWAYS later, even when i pay "next day delivery" - this is when they actually turn up, ive had parcels not turn up and no email or anything to say there is a delay. It is only when i get in touch im told it is out of stock etc. Terrible serviceThe returns process with Hermes is an absolute joke, i tried to do a collection- booked a collection 5 different times with assurances from Freemans that "this time they should take it" for the courier to reject collect as the bar code doesn't scan so they are unable to accept it. I then rebooked and noone showed. I still have that item and im waiting (4 months on) for Freemans to sort the return and refund!The customer services is atrocious - noone seems to be able to help efficiently or effectively.I Would recommend you look at very.co.uk or next.co.uk for your products- both have the BNPL options and both are significantly more reliable.

Very good service coat delivered within 48hours. Unfortunately sleeve had not been inserted correctly so had to return. Just dropped off at local Co-op for Hermes collection. May order again later.

I have only received part of my order, the other items I thought were due for delivery on 9.1.21 and I haven't received them yet. Very disappointed and don't know what the hold up is.

Customer Service the first time were excellent. They listened, reassured me , dealt with the issue and that was that.The second time I struggled to hear the replies and felt she didn't quite give me sufficient time to explain what happened though in the end we got there. Thank you.

My order arrived very quickly but although very well packed the item inside was so creased up it just looked as though it had been washed and packed wet. Because I was so disappointed I shall return the item.

A little disappointed that the promotion code wasn't clearer I placed my order entered the promotion code, it said it could only be used on my first order, so I proceeded to place my order, received my goods the delivery was amazing but I could have saved £44 if the black Friday promotion code was visible
